A Muslim who believes in all the principles and tenets of Islam as propounded by the Holy Qu'ran and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and who believes Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian to be the Promised Messiah and the Mahdi as prophesized by the Founder of Islam Hadrat Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and who in all controversial issues accepts his interpretation of Islam as the only true interpretation and also believes in the institution of Khilafat.
