Definitions for "Archived"
Collected, catalogued, and stored in a place where public records or historical documents are preserved.
Anything that is considered to be "archived" has already been used and has served its purpose, but is still stored on the Point2 website.
Archived samples are samples (e.g. animal tissues or organs) that are stored, usually in freezers, for future analysis.
The database record for a solicitation is archived when the study status is changed to solicitation withdrawn. When a solicitation is archived (withdrawn), all commitments to the study are released.
A state that indicates a user, school, dependent system or class is no longer required.
