chore control block. Data area associated with each chore containing pointers to runtime data structures and mode information that affect trap handling and synchronization. These data areas are managed by the user runtime and are not directly visible to the programmer.
Continuing Calibration Blank. A blank analyzed after the CCV to show any contamination or carryover. This value should be less than the practical detection limit.

The Configuration Control Board (CCB) is composed of three ISDC staff members which decide the modifications to be done in response to the received software problem reports (SPR) and software change requests and extra wishes (SCREW).
Change Control Board. A group of stakeholders responsible for approving or rejecting changes to project baselines. In order to to this, they must know the scope of the change and its impact on the cost and schedule. They must either reject the change, adopt it immediately, or adopt it at some point in the future. In the latter two cases, the project will have a new scope and baselined plans and estimates must be amended accordingly.
Committee that manages and coordinates changes to a base configuration of a system.
command control block. A specifically formatted information set used in the IBM Token Ring environment that is transmitted from the application program to the adapter support software to request an operation.

configuration control board. The authority responsible for evaluating, approving, and/or disapproving proposed engineering changes to hardware/software configurations. Call Control Block. The CCB counter increases by 1 for each active call on the Cisco 1604. The CCB counter for one call is destroyed upon disconnect.
