Definitions for "Chiron"
Keywords:  centaur, uranus, healer, kowal, saturn
The most recently discovered asteroid of astrological interest, discovered by astronomer Charles Kowal, Hale Observatories, in 1977.
The " planet" Chiron symbolises woundedness, "the wound that never heals," "the Wounded Healer," maverick behaviour, and balancing physical/practical needs with spiritual/divine potential. Discovered in 1977. Mythologically, Chiron was a centaur—half man and half horse. There is no agreed-upon sign ruler ship for Chiron, although arguments have been made for Sagittarius, Virgo and Libra, among others. Chiron is technically classified as a comet because it is composed mostly of ice. Somewhat slow moving – takes from 2-8 years to go through a sign, and about 50 years to go through all 12 signs. Pronounced: KYE-ron. See also: Centaurs. See also: article on Chiron and astrological humor on Chiron mythology. A minor Planet discovered in 1977, Chiron is located between the orbits of Saturn and Uranus. It appears to be associated with expanding consciousness and powers of healing.
Chiron is a backend framework to generate applications. It generates persistent code from xmi files, based on prevayler. The generated code can use a simple but powerfull collection search framework and a finite state machine based controller.
