Originally from India, the choli is a form fitting cropped shirt that is traditionally worn under the Sari. Dancers wear cholis as an alternative to the more revealing embellished dance bra. Cholis come in different styles. From stretch versions made from velevet and other fabrics with spandex, to fitted versions and imports from India, there are many styles available for dancers.
