Paper surface with a slight to rough texture is created by pressing the sheets between various cold cylinders.
our Jojoba & Olive oils are cold-pressed. This is a method of mechanical extraction where heat is reduced and minimized throughout the batching of the raw material. This helps the oil maintain its original state, constituents, and depth. Temperatures are rigorously controlled to ensure that it does not exceed 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Although not a practical method of extraction for all vegetable oils on the market it is highly regarded as the extraction method of choice for the highest quality. Note we do not use coconut oil in any of our products: its simply a cheap and chincy ingredient that irritates the skin.
A paper whose surface texture is the result of pressing the paper between cold cylinders.
when finished paper is pressed between cylinders resulting in a slight texture.
A pressing process of extractio for citrus & fixed oils with minimized heat & deterioration.
The process in which oils are extracted under mechanical pressure at low temperatures, typically less than 125° Fahrenheit.
A natural physical process used to extract vegetable oils, and also essential oils from citrus fruits. Vegetable oils extracted in this way retain their essential fatty acid content since no heat or chemicals are used in the process.
Refers to a method of extraction where no external heat is applied during the process
A natural physical process used to extract vegetable oils and essential oils from citrus fruits. The seeds of the fruit are "pressed" which releases their oil. Since no heat is used in this process, the oils retain their essential fatty acid content.
The cold pressed or expression method used to obtain certain essential oils, especially citrus, carrier oils and juices. Minimal heat extraction process. Also see expeller pressed.
Mildly textured surfaces produced by pressing the paper through unheated rollers. Generally considered to be a surface between rough and hot pressed.
A procedure in which paper is pressed through unheated rollers resulting in a mildly textured surface.
