The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission is a voluntary privatesector organization dedicated to improving the quality of financial reporting through business ethics, effective internal controls and corporate governance.

Committee of Senior Officials. the committee of deputy ministers, chaired by the Clerk of the Privy Council, comprising a combination of permanet ex-officio and rotating members, who assist the Clerk on matters concerning the management of the senior levels of the public service, including the staffing, career development and performance appraisals of deputy ministers and associate deputy ministers.
