a person in whose name a trust account subject to this part is established or maintained
The entity that accumulated the mortgages and transferred them to the Trust simultaneously with the issuance of the securities to the certificate holders. The depositor can be the seller of a portfolio of mortgages or an entity established solely for the purpose of holding the mortgages until the pool accumulation is completed.
