Definitions for "Eclection"
British folk-rock band Eclection was formed in August 1967 in London by Norwegian Georg Kajanus (then known as George Hultgreen), Australian Kerrilee Male, Canadian Michael Rosen, Australian Trevor Lucas and Brit Gerry Conway. They were given their unusual name by Joni Mitchell, a friend of Rosen's girlfriend. Under the watchful eye of Ossie Byrne (best known for producing the Bee Gees), they created one album, entitled 'Eclection', in 1968.
