An audio/video system designed to bring all the excitement of a movie theater experience into your home. Home theaters typically consist of a television or projector screen and a high quality, surround sound audio system. The audio system usually includes at least five speakers (Left Front, Center Front, Right Front, Right Rear and Left Rear) designed to reproduce sound the way movie theaters do. A subwoofer is usually included to produce the exciting low bass sounds prevalent in so many movie sound tracks. Also neccessary is a surround sound receiver or, in some cases, separate components, such as a preamp/surround processor and one or more power amplifiers.
