A pipeline, subject to Federal law, engaged in the transportation of gas from one or more states to one or more other states.
A federally regulated company engaged in the business of transporting natural gas across state lines from producing regions to end use markets.
Natural gas pipeline company that is engaged in the transportation, by pipeline, of natural gas across state boundaries, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the FERC under the Natural Gas Act (NGA).
