Key Skills These are: 1) Communication 2) Application of Number 3) Information Technology , 4) Problem Solving 5) Improving Own Learning and 6) Working with Others. From September 2000, Communication, Application of Number and Information Technology make up a new Key Skills qualification at levels 1-4.
