Kondrad is a character in Suikoden IV, and is a powerful sorcerer, found in Razril, after the Hero's army reclaims it from Kooluk rule. He was an ex-Knight of Gaien, and was also taught Katarina, among others. Konrad went back to active service as a warrior for the Hero's army, and when the war finished, he took up the post of Magic Instructor for the Knights of Razril.
