a member who is not in default under any of the Bylaws hereof and who is not in arrears in payment of any membership fee, dues, or other monies due to the Association
a person who has qualified for membership under paragraph (a) (b) or (f) above, whose dues are paid for the current year and who is not currently subject to disciplinary action under Article VI
a person who pays annual dues
includes any person who has fulfilled the requirements for membership in such organization who neither has voluntarily withdrawn from membership nor has been expelled from membership after appropriate proceedings consistent with lawful provisions of the constitution and bylaws of such organization. They have signed a membership card. Their status is in effect until the worker resigns. This status is voluntary. Regardless of the contract language, a worker cannot be forced to become a member. This individual is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and still has elected to join the union.
A union member in good standing is one who has fulfilled requirements for the organization and who has not voluntarily withdrawn from membership, been expelled, or suspended.
