tag: The named anchor element tag is an anchor tag used to turn a word or phrase within a document into a hyperLink's destination-point; it has the form A NAME= anchorName label or A NAME=" anchor name" label where any anchor name of more than one word MUST be contained between straight quotation-marks "".
