A group of like-minded donors (Norway, Sweden, Finland, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Denmark). Meets at Director General's level twice a year (together with Iceland). The group has a Joint Action Plan on harmonisation and alignment and sub-groups on a number of issues, some of which include other donors as well: procurement (includes Germany and Canada), Joint Financing Arrangements (includes Canada). Nordic+ countries work together also at country level in different and often more loosely defined groupings.
