National Response Plan. A plan mandated by HSPD-5 that integrates Federal domestic prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery plans into one all-discipline, all-hazards plan.
National Response Plan (previously the FRP/Federal Response Plan). The National Response Plan, or NRP, specifies how the resources of the Federal Government will work in concert with State, local, and tribal governments and the private sector to respond to Incidents of National Significance. The NRP is predicated on the National Incident Management System, or NIMS. Together the NRP and the NIMS provide a nationwide template for working together to prevent or respond to threats and incidents regardless of cause, size, or complexity.

National Religious Party - (in Hebrew "Mafdal - Mifleget haPoalim Dati-Leumi meaning National Religious Workers Party) - Orthodox Jewish Zionist party that was originally socialist in ideology and founded several Kibbutzim. Associated with the Mizrahi religious movement. In the 1960s, the party began to break with its traditional ideology under the influence of Gush Emunim. NRP became the mainstay of the policy of settling the West Bank and Gaza strip, areas occupied by Israel in the 1967 war.
