Anatomic position in the back part of the spinal canal where the focal point of the lesion is to the side of the midline plane and to the center of the central margin of the pedicle. Synonyms: centrolateral and paramedian.

The epicenter of the lesion is lateral to the midline plane and medial to the pedicle.
