A world where the New Age doesn't exist.
Another complete universe that exists within the same space as another, much like a point within a range of frequencies. Parallel Universes are generated by Essence as a means to follow ALL major choices within a lifetime. For instance, if one were to choose to pursue college instead of piano lessons, it might be thought that playing piano was left behind. In reality, Essence generates a separate universe where it will follow piano lessons instead of college, so as not to lose the experiences that might be gained from that choice! Parallels can reunite, too, if the different realities become similar enough again. This can be disorienting to us as it makes for very confusing memories as the pasts of different paths overlap! Parallels are generated on a PERSONAL LEVEL, a COMMUNITY LEVEL, and a GLOBAL LEVEL. Personal Parallels are generated and merged all of the time, while Community Parallels are realities generated and merged that are shared among families and friends, and the Global Level is self-explanatory.
An alternative reality similar to this one in which a person makes different critical choices, and goes in different directions as a result.
Parallel universe or alternate reality in science fiction and fantasy is a self-contained separate reality coexisting with our own. A specific group of parallel universes is called a multiverse, although this term can also be used to describe all the parallel universes that comprise physical reality. While the terms "parallel universe" and "alternate reality" are generally synonymous and can be used interchangeably in most cases, there is sometimes an additional connotation implied with the term "alternate reality" that implies that the reality is a variant of our own.
