Ratt is an American glam metal band that enjoyed significant commercial success during the 1980s. The band is most notable for their 1984 smash hit single, "Round and Round". Ratt is the self titled and possibly final album of Ratt. This album saw the band's musical direction to a more blues influenced rock sound and further away from their previous glam metal roots. This album was heavily criticized by fans and critics due to the absence of strong guitar riffs, melodies and the subdued, worn-out vocals by lead singer Stephen Pearcy.
