A person who is enrolled or accepted for enrollment at an institution of higher education for the purpose of obtaining a degree, certificate, or other recognized educational credential offered by the institution.
The basic admission requirement for entrance to any program with Regular Student status is high school graduation with standing as follows: Five senior matriculation level courses including English, and Mathematics or a second language, with a minimum overall average of 60% or higher on the five courses. Additional requirements may be required for admission to specific programs.
