Definitions for "Sandblasted"
A process of spraying a garment with tiny grains of sand to create a worn look and a softer fabric. Sandblasting creates a faded look to a garment. It can be applied very lightly creating a subtle faded look, but can also be done heavily and cause a noticeable aged or worn out look. Sandblasting creates character and attitude and should look very natural.
A process that blasts sand at particular areas of a garment. The sand is blasted at a certain level that the strength of the fabric is not affected, however the desired look is achieved.
