A Standard Mail (A) mailing must contain 200 pieces or more of identical weight and content. Departments can take advantage of the non-profit rate due to our educational classification. For the non-profit rate, the postage stamp is replaced by either a special imprint that can be printed directly on the mailing piece or applied with a rubber stamp supplied by the Mail Center.
