Turmoil is a villainess with a Russian accent who appears in the episode Cry Turmoil in the animated television series SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, voiced by Kath Soucie. She was quite capable of doing as she threatened, for not only did she have a massive, flying aircraft carrier, dozens of underlings, and her own squadron of all-female fighter pilots (the Omega Squadron), Turmoil also had in her possession a most unique weapon, a device dubbed the Vertigo Beam which causes blurred vision.
