United States Auto Club

Universal Service Administrative Company. A private, not for profit corporation that is responsible for providing every state and territory in the United States with access to affordable telecommunications services through the Universal Service Fund under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission. USAC administers four programs: the High Cost Program, the Low Income Program, the Rural Health Care Program, and the Schools and Libraries Program.

Universal Service Administrative Company. The not-for-profit parent company of the Schools and Libraries Division responsible for overseeing the administration of the Universal Service Fund and delivering disbursements to service providers participating in any of its programs, including the E-rate program.
