"Walkabout" is a song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers from their 1995 album, One Hot Minute. It uses a lot of effects like the wah-wah pedal. The sound of the song is similar to what is described as 70's-porno music, whilst also in keeping with the song's lyrical themes, Australian instruments can be heard.
Walkabout is an album by Najwa Nimri, released in 2006.
Walkabout is a novel written by James Vance Marshall, first published in 1959. It is about two children who get lost in the Australian Outback and are helped by an Aborigine on his walkabout. A film based on the book came out in 1971, but it wasn't very faithful to the original plot.
