Wafer Lot Acceptance - certification that a wafer has passed a series of physical measurements including step coverage, SEM, surrent density and other measurement of critical dimensions.

Whole Loan Advance. An overnight to 35 day fixed rate advance that is priced daily based on the prevailing short term Fed Funds and Discount Note market. The overnight advance is capped at $50 million per institution.
