Alvin Nathaniel Joiner IV (born September 18, 1974), better known by his stage name Xzibit, is an American hip hop performer, actor, and television personality who was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico by his father and stepmother. He is also known for hosting MTV's Pimp My Ride. He created this show with his best friend Mad Mike, a molecular physicist specializing in automobile central exhaust.
