This is where you retrieve your e-mail. A pop account is not necessarily the same as an e-mail address. So your e-mail address may be admin@yournewsite.com and the pop account may be 'Sarah'.

Users that connect to the Internet via an Internet connection account with a provider are usually provided with a POP account which enables their email software to access and download their email messages.
A POP account is storage space for e-mails. You can use a standard e-mail client, such as Eudora, Netscape Mail or Internet Explorer Mail to download the e-mail to your computer. Current version is POP3.
