The wall that separates a tenant's area from another tenant's area or building common areas.
The wall which separates a tenant's suite from another tenant's suite, or building common areas. In most cases, a demising wall will be constructed from floor to either the building roof deck or floor deck. The wall may also be a fire rated wall (see "partition wall").
An interior wall that separates one tenant's Usable Area from the adjacent tenant's Usable Area. Can also be used to describe any wall that separates two different classes of interior space, such as Usable Area and Common Area.
