A Comprehensive Regional Assessment (CRA) is a scientific assessment of the environmental, social and economic values that forests provide.

Comprehensive Regional Assessment. A joint assessment of all forest values by the Commonwealth and State - environmental, heritage, economic and social - leading to the establishment of a comprehensive, adequate and representative reserve system, agreements on forest management, and the signing of a regional forest agreement (RFA).

contemporaneous reserve accounting. An accounting method which allows member banks of the Federal Reserve a one day lag when calculating their required reserves and reserves held as vault cash. Except for the one-day lag, assets and liabilities used in calculating reserves and required reserves are those of the same week.

Comprehensive Regional Assessment, part of the Federal governmentÍs Defered Forest Agreement and Regional Forest Agreement process. The process was initiated under Labour and was recently completed under the Coalition.
