Rebelde ("rebel" or "rebellious") is a Mexican telenovela (or series) produced by Televisa. It is a remake of an Argentine telenovela Rebelde Way adapted for the Mexican audience therefore leading to differences in character's backgrounds. The series ran for three seasons, the final episode airing in Mexico on 2006-06-02.
Rebelde is the debut album by the Mexican pop group RBD, released in November 2004 in Mexico and on January 11, 2005 in the United States. The album was produced by Max DiCarlo, Carlos Lara, Armando Avila with Camilo Lara and Pedro Damián being the executive producers. The album features the 3 consecutive Mexican chart toppers hits, "Rebelde", main theme from the soap opera with the same name, "Solo quédate en silencio" and "Sálvame", which was named the most played song of 2005 by a Mexican Group in their homelandhttp://www.los40.com.mx Mexican Charts.
Rebelde is a Mexican comic book series, published by ¡Ka-Boom! Estudio, based on the telenovela of the same title. The comic was first published April 2006.
"Rebelde" is a song recorded by the popular Mexican pop group RBD. It was released the first single off their debut album Rebelde in 2004 in Mexico, 2005 in the United States and a Spanish release for the summer of 2006. The song became 2005's major hit in Mexico and is the start of a successful career for the band.
Rebelde Edição Brasil is the Portuguese version of RBD's Spanish multi-platinum album Rebelde. The album was only released in Portuguese in Latin America and topped the Brazillian Album Chart in 2005. Surprisingly, the album re-entered the Brazilian Top 40 Albums chart on May 27, 2006 in the top 20 at number 18.
