This is an agreement between the Government and a company, educational institute or cultural exchange organisation about the accelerated MVV procedure: the organisation will comply with the conditions and the Government will ensure the procedure is quicker than usual. In the first instance the agreement is valid for 1 year. After this initial year the IND will assess whether everything went according to the agreement. If the IND's assessment is positive the agreement will be tacitly renewed each year. After the third renewal the IND will issue a written consent for an indefinite period. If your organisation no longer meets the conditions the IND can terminate the agreement unilaterally. If the organisation generally applies for MVVs for more than one residence objective (for instance employees and students) an agreement will be entered into for each separate residence objective.
