Capital Improvement Program. The program is the primary vehicle for implementing proposals and projects described in the LRDP. It lists the campus proposals for construction projects which are more than $400,000. (Excluded from the list are maintenance or renewal projects). Community Integration Program, a Medicaid-waiver program - CIP-IA is for persons relocated or diverted from DD centers; CIP-IB is for developmentally disabled persons relocated or diverted from nursing homes; CIP II is for elderly and physically disabled persons diverted or relocated from nursing homes to appropriate community settings with the assistance of home and community based care and with continuity of care. Care in the community is financed by MA through a home and community based service waiver.

Capital Investment Plan Planning ACIP
Community Investment Program. An FHLB program that supports lending for housing related programs targeted to households earning up to 115 percent of the area median income. The programs include single family housing and multi-family or rental projects.
Console Interface Program. The software interface that lets the user interact with the DCM kernel to view performance statistics or alter the configuration or operation of the DCM system.

Main requirement of Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act that requires financial institutions to develop programs that establish the identity of customers opening new accounts. The financial institution must collect identifying information, verify that information, maintain records for at least 5 years after an account is closed and determine whether the customer appears on any suspected terrorist lists. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. is a program adopted by a government agency which prioritizes individual capital improvement projects which are to be constructed over a certain period of time, based upon funding which has been, or will be, allocated.

Continuous improvement process. CIP is an adaptation of the Japanese â€œkaizenâ€ concept to western requirements. It is a cycle designed for long-term implementation with the goal of constantly improving processes through the involvement of all company employees and management. It promotes optimal use of the expert know-how of all participants and their willingness to carry out improvements. Continuous improvement is a necessity, as conditions and environmental needs are constantly changing and organisational structures must be adjusted accordingly.

Classification of Instructional Program
Capital Improvement Program. A community's plan for matching the cost of large-scale improvements—such as fixing roads, water and sewer mains—to anticipated revenues, such as taxes and bonds.
Capital Improvement Plan. Universities are required annually to prepare a Capital Improvement Plan that contains proposals for spending on land acquisition, capital projects, energy systems, energy management systems, and building renewal and that includes a one-year plan and at least a two-year forecast of proposed capital activity.
CRITICAL INTELLIGENCE PARAMETERS. CIPs are a series of threat thresholds established by program developers and managers for the purpose of improving threat support products over the life of the system. Emerging foreign capabilities or reevaluations which cross over these thresholds would critically impact the effectiveness and survivability of the U.S. acquisition program. CIPs are expressed in terms of a potential adversary's quantity, type, force mix, and system capabilities for actual and projected specific threats.
CONTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENT PLAN. The Contribution Improvement Plan is a document issued by the rating official that outlines specific areas in which the employee is inadequately contributing. This document states how the employee's contribution is inadequate; what improvements are required; recommendations on how to achieve increased contribution; assistance that the agency will offer to the employee in improving inadequate contribution; and the consequence of failure to improve.
Capital Investment Program
Client Interactive Program. A program that utilizes work conducted by a client as well as third-party test facilities in accordance with national and international accreditation criteria to facilitate the conduct of investigations of products. The types of Client Interactive Programs include Witnessed Test Data Program (WTDP), Client Test Data Program (CTDP), Third Party Test Data Program (TPTDP), Compliance Management Product Assurance Program (COMPASS) and Total Certification Program (TCP).
