peripheral nervous system. All nerve cells in the body that are not part of the central nervous system. The PNA includes the somatic and autonomic nervous systems. go to glossary index
Peripheral Nervous System. The parts of the nervous system other than the brain and spinal cord; includes all the nerves that connect the CNS to receptors, muscles, organs, and glands throughout the body.
peripheral nervous system. That part of the nervous system consisting of the nerves and ganglia outside the brain and spinal cord.
PPTP Network Servers
peripheral nervous system. All neural tissue outside the central nervous system.
Peripheral nervous system. Nerves that conduct impulses outside the brain and spinal cord i.e., outside the CNS. However, the cell bodies of PNS nerves reside in the CNS, with their lengths extending out to peripheral parts of the body.
PERIPHERAL NERVOUS SYSTEM. The cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerves and their connections to muscle or to sensory receptors.
A PNS is the box that hosts both the PPP and the PPTP stacks and forms one end of the PPTP tunnel. The PNS must have IP connectivity.
Peripheral Nervous System. The nerves beyond the spinal nerve roots.
peripheral nervous system. The pathways by which the central nervous system receives sensory information from the body and sends commands to muscles. The peripheral nervous system is divided into two halves. The sensory system brings information in from the body, while the motor system sends commands out to muscles.
peripheral nervous system. consists of nerves outside the central nervous system.
Peripheral nervous system. is defined as those nerves that lie outside the brain, brainstem or spinal cord. The PNS consists of nerve trunks made up of both afferent fibres or axons conducting sensory information to the spinal cord and brainstem and efferent fibres transmitting impulses primarily to the muscles
Pulse Noise is unwanted noise generated by electrical motors. It can come from your car's engine or even someone else's through your car's antenna. PNS provides a cleaner sound by reducing noise that interferes with the FM signal.
Peripheral Nervous System. Those neurons lying wholly or in part outside of the brain and spinal cord. The spinal and cranial nerves are examples.
peripheral nervous system. the portion of the nervous system outside of the brain and spinal cord; nerves that run from the spinal cord to the rest of the body.
see peripheral nervous system.
Plant numbering system
Peripheral nervous system. Nervous system in the body aside from the brain and spinal cord. The PNS can be affected by MS.
Peripheral nervous system. The nervous system that serves the limbs trunk and internal organs, i.e., all nerves except the nerves of the brain, spinal cord and visual system.
Peripheral Nervous System. The part of the vertebrate nervous system located outside the skull and spine.
Peripheral Nervous System. the set of neurons and parts of neurons that lie outside of the CNS
Peripheral Nervous System. Consists of all of the nerves in the body (outside the CNS) which carry signals from the CNS to the muscles and organs as well as signals from the body into the CNS.
Peripheral nervous system. Part of central nervous system related to vital organs.
peripheral nervous system. One of the two major divisions of the nervous system. Nerves in the PNS connect the central nervous system with sensory organs, other organs, muscles, blood vessels, and glands.
