If you instruct a sell at market, your shares will be sold at the current highest bid, if you instruct to buy at market then you will buy at the current lowest selling price. Placing an at market order does not necessarily mean that your entire order will be filled, their needs to be sufficient shares on the bid/offer to fill your order.
