German statesman who served as chancellor of Germany (born in 1918)
Designed many revolutionary experiments into parapsychology, most notably the random number generator; designed many of his experiments with highly advanced technology so as to disprove many critics' claims of flaws in the experimental procedure.
Helmut Heinrich Waldemar Schmidt (born December 23, 1918) is a German Social Democratic politician. He was the Chancellor of West Germany from 1974 to 1982, as well as Minister of Defense and Minister of Finance. He also served briefly as Minister of Economics and as Foreign Minister.
Helmut Schmidt is a German-born parapsychologist. In the early 1970s he pioneered research into the effects of human consciousness on machines called random number generators or random event generators at the Rhine Research Center Institute for Parapsychology.
