Paris (Greek: ; also known as Alexander or Alexandros, c.f. Alaksandus of Wilusa), mythological son of Priam, king of Troy, appears in a number of Greek legends. Probably the best-known was his abduction of, or elopement with, Helen, queen of Sparta, this being one of the immediate causes of the Trojan war.

Oscar Jackson, Jr. (born October 29, 1967), better known as Paris, is an American hip hop artist from San Francisco, California known for his militantly confrontational rapping, and especially the controversial track "Bush Killa." After earning a degree in economics from University of California-Davis, Paris founded Scarface Records but released his first single with Tommy Boy Records. The Devil Made Me Do It was his critically acclaimed debut 1990 LP; the title track was banned by MTV.
