Oceans (ex-Festerday) was a black metal band from Finland. As their career progressed, they had pursued a less traditional, more industrial, electronica-oriented direction. As of 2006, they no longer go by the name "...and Oceans", changing their moniker to Havoc Unit, as they felt the musical ideals of ...and Oceans were complete and it was time for a change.
