Propargyl-10-deazaaminopterin, common name PDX, is a small molecule that is being studied in the treatment of cancer. PDX is a folateanalog inhibitor of dihydrofolate reductase. As of July 2005, it is undergoing Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials for treatment of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.
