Balochistan Earthquake (Urdu: بلوچستان زلزلہ) occurred on 28th November, 1945 at 05:26 PST (Pakistan Standard Time), measured 7.8 on the Richter scale. It was centred 97.6 km SSW of Pasni in Balochistan, Pakistan. The quake triggered a huge tsunami that caused great damage to the entire Makran coastal region.
