The 1945 Major League Baseball All-Star Game was to have been the 13th annual playing of the midseason exhibition baseball game between the all-stars of the American League and National League, the two leagues comprising Major League Baseball. The game was cancelled due to wartime travel restrictions due to United States involvement in World War II, thus marking the only time to date that an all-star game was cancelled. The game was scheduled to be held on July 10, 1945 at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox of the American League.
