Abraham Lewinsky was a German rabbi. He was born on March 1, 1866, in Loslau, Upper Silesia. He studied at the University of Breslau from 1884 to 1887 (Ph.D.), pursuing at the same time his rabbinical studies at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
