Andrew Scott (22 August 1840-5 September 1882) was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.

Andrew Scott (August 6, 1789 – March 13, 1841) was an American lawyer and politician. He served as a Justice of the Supreme Court for the Arkansas Territory from 1819 until 1825.
