Barry Gurary (also: Barry Gourary, Sholom Dovber Gur Aryeh, Shalom Dov Baer Gur Aryeh) (b. in Rostov-on-Don, Russia November 2 1923, d. Montclair, New Jersey, United States March 3 2005), childless (though he adopted two children). Was the only son of Rabbi Shemaryahu Gurary and Rebbetzin Chana Gurary, who was the elder daughter of Rabbi Joseph Isaac Schneersohn.
