Bouguer is a lunar impact crater that lies along the southern edge of the Mare Frigoris lunar mare, to the north of Bianchini crater. To the west-southwest of Bougeur, along the same shore of the mare, is the Foucault crater. Nearly due west is the more prominent Harpalus crater, and to the west is La Condamine crater.
