Inter-Union committee on Employee Savings. On January 29th 2002, the CFDT, CGC, CFTC and CGT (French trade unions) created the Comité Intersyndical de l'Epargne Salariale (CIES) in response to the Fabius Law of February 19th, 2001, which made Employees Savings a mandatory negotiation. The committee has established a prestigious list of top-ranking Sustainable Savings Funds, which is reviewed every year.
