Cybertrust is a security-services firm based in Virginia that was formed in November of 2004 as a result of a merger of the Tru Secure and Betrusted security companies. Cybertrust has also acquired a large stake in Ubizen, a European security services firm based in Belgium. It is among the largest information security firms in the world.
