Antihistamine, sedative, antidote. Used for the treatment of allergic symptoms caused by nasal allergies, allergic dermatosis. Can be used fo mild nighttime sedation, prevention of motion sickness, and as an antitussive. It also has topical anesthetic properties. Commonly known by trade name "Benadryl"
