the DNA Analysis Unit I (DNAUI) identifies and characterizes body fluids and body fluid stains recovered as evidence in violent crimes using traditional serological techniques and related biochemical analysis. These stains are analyzed and compared to results from the known body fluid samples submitted by the victim(s) and/or suspected perpetrator(s).
